The most important feeling accessible to us human beings is love. St. Valentine’s day in February allows us to focus on love. Love allows us to see beyond the negative emotions that might be tormenting us to forgiveness, acceptance and a place of peace. Love everyone equally as you love yourself. Try to discover their good reason for what they did. Be courteous in traffic. Listen with full attention. Overcome prejudice and replace it with love. Stifle the voice of criticism and learn to complement one good thing about them. Rise above retaliation. Look for the good and praise it.
